Confirmation is about deciding whether you want to take your own place as an adult member of the Church. 7th & 8th graders have been invited to begin a new class, starting September 23, 2007. For more information, use the "read more" link or contact our Director of Christian Education.
Presbyterian Women (read more)
The Presbyterian Women meet as circles monthly for Bible Study and fellowship. There are two circles meeting on the second Tuesday; one during the day and one in the evening. Each circle selects outreach projects they want to support. They assist with church functions such as luncheons and dinners.
Music Ministry (read more)
Our outstanding Choir provides a breadth and variety of music that adds spiritually to the worship service each Sunday. Our Director of Music, Wallace Cheatham, is very conscientious about the Choir -not performing - but adding to the service.
NEW - SUNDAY ADULT BIBLE STUDY
A new Bible Study group will meet every Sunday morning before worship at 9:00 AM in the Lounge. Everyone is welcome. Even bring your friends or people looking for a new church. (read more)
The current lesson is reading "The Bible Speaks to You" by Robert MacAfee Brown. This book addresses many questions people have- not only about the Bible, but how the Bible is so relevent to us today.

There are several small groups connected to the church--some for fellowship, some for service, some study--and there is surely a place for you.
Monday Morning Men's Study Group (read more)
The Men's study group is an informal group that meets every Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. for one hour. The material is quite varied covering the Bible, religions, beliefs and more. Study has included such scholars as Ken Bailey, Marcus Borg, C. S. Lewis, and Phillip Yancey. O' Yes, and those who don't have appointments go out for breakfast. The group meets throughout the summer.
Senior Highs (read more)
The Senior Highs have been meeting on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. In addition, they have participated in several mission and social activities.
Church School (read more)
FAITH CONNECTIONS (Church School) begins September 9, 2007. Worship moves to a new time - 10:00 AM. On MOST Sundays, Christian Education classes will overlap with Worship, youth will be dismissed to their classes.
Children will learn major Bible stories and concepts through multi-media workshops (that rotate from week to week) - these will include art, cooking, games, computers, storytelling/drama, movies, etc.
We also believe in the importance of children in Worship. In order to give families that opportunity - there will be NO classes on Communion Sundays (1st Sunday of the month), holidays and special Sundays ( which will be announced in advance).
Nursery is provided for infants, toddlers, and preschooler who prefer that setting rather than workshops.
